They even helped refine the final shirt design, which turned out better than we had envisioned. Cohen kept us updated throughout the process and stayed committed to the timeline. When shipping delays were outside of his control, he went above and beyond by personally driving more than two hours to deliver the shirts to my home so we could meet our deadline.
